Website Visitors

FORMULATE collects information from you when you place an order, enter a giveaway, or signup with your email address. When ordering or registering on our site, you are asked to enter your: first and last name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. In addition, all videos and photos posted on our website are viewable to the public without restriction. You may also unsubscribe from our communications at any time by clicking on the link in the footer of every email or by sending an email to support@formulate.co.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

When you place your order, we need to know your personal details in order to fulfill (and communicate about) your order. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for minimal contact information (or social media information) so we can administer the contest and notify winners.

Visitor traffic and site usage is monitored to improve user experience. We may also use the information that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Formulate also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. Formulate Labs, Inc. will not accept a Request Concerning Personal Information via telephone or facsimile. Formulate Labs, Inc. is not responsible for any Request Concerning Personal Information that is incomplete, incorrectly labeled, or incorrectly sent. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of your personal information, and for keeping your personal information current and correct.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of the State of California and Formulate Labs, Inc. has an established business relationship with you, then, pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, you have the right to request the following at any time: (a) information from Formulate Labs, Inc. free of charge regarding the manner in which Formulate Labs, Inc. shares certain personal information collected through the Site and/or the App with third parties who use such information for direct marketing purposes; and (b) the discontinuation (or opt-out) of Formulate Labs, Inc.โ€™ sharing of such information with such third parties. Aggregated Statistics

FORMULATE may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, FORMULATE may monitor the most popular topics on our site. FORMULATE may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, FORMULATE does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

We may also collect the following technical information about you when you visit our website: type of browser and operating system, internet speed, time spent browsing site, visits, views and other traffic related data, IP address, referring URL, etc. We collect this information through the use of order/registration forms, Google Analytics, and our own analytics software.
