About Us
Formulate is building the technology platform redefining how personal care products are designed, manufactured, and delivered. We believe the era of mass-produced, one-size-fits-all skin and hair care is coming to an end.
We are leading the shift toward a new chemist-to-consumer model - where expert formulation, intelligent software, and advanced manufacturing come together to create products tailored to real people. By connecting formulation science directly to the end user, we are changing not only how products are made, but how they are discovered, customized, and purchased.
We're building the platform powering a new movement - one that replaces mass production with precision creation.
About the Role
As Quality Manager, you will own the quality systems that govern our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our facility maintains high standards across raw materials, batch production, finished goods, and documentation.
This is a hands-on leadership role inside our production environment. You will build and refine SOPs, oversee quality control processes, manage deviations, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.
We are building a modern, automation-driven manufacturing platform -- but quality discipline remains foundational. This role ensures that as we scale, our systems remain consistent, auditable, and reliable.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in St. Louis, Missouri.
