Formulate is building a technology platform and a movement to fundamentally change the way personal care products are designed, manufactured & distributed. We are ushering in the "chemist-to-consumer" movement - an end to mass-produced skin, hair, and oral care products, and an eventual new purchasing paradigm in personal care.
We are looking for an energetic, self-starting, candidate with great communication skills and a passion for helping. This is a team lead position that is responsible for the packaging, kitting, finishing, and shipping orders.
What would you be doing?
- Lead the team that kits, finishes, and ships orders.
- Process returns in the system, communicate with customer service about status of returned orders.
- Train Packaging & Shipping associates.
- Manage team schedule, timesheets, and approve PTO
- Work with Production Supervisor to communicate staffing needs, goals, and challenges.
- Monitor current inventory levels and report issues to Production Supervisor
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping work area clean and in compliance with safety regulations.
